Hi, I am Christiana Junkere and I do believe that I was born with a pencil in my hand. I still prefer to write my drafts in pencil on the countless notebooks that prevent my desk drawer from closing. I still prefer to turn the pages of a good book, just as I still love going to libraries and book stores. Whereever, I go my first question is always 'where is the library, where is the book store?
When I visited England, I landed in what I call book paradise. England was a treasure trove for me, books literally at every street corner. Most of my time in England was spent foraging through charity shops and book stores. The landscape and the gloomy winter inspired poetry, sometimes sunlight filtering through leaves and reflecting on closed glass windows guided my pencil across napkins as I sat at a solitary table.
My father, my hero, ispired my love for reading and writing. Today, I can still picture him, book in hand on a on rainy morning, sitting next to the west window, legs crossed at the knees. I began writing stories after he passed away. My diaries became my best friends, friends who are are still sitting on my bookshelf today.
I wrote my first Christian romance novel when I was 19. I shared it with a friend and lost that first bold attempt at my epic. Over the years, I have written just as naturally drinking water. Here is my first attempt at publishing my work. Welcome on this creative journey with me.

Who is Christiana?
Hi, i am Christiana and I am 62. I live in the French department of Guadeloupe in the Caribbean. I moved to France at 42 so I have got a few more years before I retire. However, I have decided that I am going to control my journey into retirement. From today, I work for myself. I refuse to wake up at 5 am anymore to be at a school for 7am. From this day forward I control the narrative with God as my supreme guide.
